Building AI infrastructure for lean teams.
I'm Gianluca Angioletti, founder of Ultra Skills. I help businesses replace manual, repetitive work with autonomous systems — content pipelines that publish themselves, workflows that run without intervention, and operational infrastructure that scales without adding headcount.
The Story
Ultra Skills was born from a simple observation: most businesses are drowning in manual processes. Content creation, social media scheduling, lead follow-ups, internal reporting — all repetitive, all digital, all automatable. Yet teams keep hiring more people instead of building better systems.
I started building AI infrastructure because I saw the gap between what's technically possible and what most businesses actually deploy. The tools exist — large language models, workflow orchestrators, vector databases, programmatic video engines. The problem isn't capability. It's implementation.
My approach is simple: audit your workflows, identify the repetitive patterns, and build autonomous systems that handle them. Every system I build is deployed on your infrastructure, so you own the data, the logic, and the output. No vendor lock-in. No black boxes.
Mission
Empower lean teams to compete with larger organizations by building AI infrastructure that automates the operational heavy lifting — so you can focus on strategy, creativity, and growth.

Why Ultra Skills
Full Ownership
Every system runs on your infrastructure. You own the data, the logic, the output.
No Vendor Lock-In
Built on open standards and widely-adopted tools. Switch providers without rebuilding.
Production-Tested
Every skill, template, and architecture comes from real client builds — not theory.
Lean by Design
Automate first, hire later. Scale output without scaling headcount.
